- Provide high-quality care to patients in a med/surg setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient records.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 years of Med/Surg nursing experience and 1 year of ER experience
- Will need to float to ED if needed.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings.
