Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs, telemetry readings, and overall health status.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Educating patients and families about disease management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
