In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers:· $30,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs· $4 Shift differential (2nd shift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)· Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus flexible-spending and health- savings accounts· Competitive paid time off and extended illness bank package for full-time employees· Income-protection programs, such as life, accident, critical-injury insurance, short- and long-term disability, and identity theft coverage· Tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching· Employee assistance program including mental, physical, and financial wellness· Professional development and growth opportunitiesDepartment/Unit SummaryEndoscopy currently provides care for a variety of patients that includes but are not limited to the following procedures: Esophagogastroduodenoscpy (EGD); Colonoscopy; Sigmoidoscopy; Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP); Bronchoscopy; and procedures for GI Bleeds. We run 1 to 2 rooms several days a week out of the Operating Rooms with a 1:1 ratio. What sets us apart from other units is the Teamwork Approach with all of us having the same goal of providing specialty care at your back door.About our Health System
