The Licensed Vocational nurse is responsible for delivering safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative and individualized nursing care to patients and families. Required Skills:

• Holds current LPN/LVN license from the applicable authority.


• Must possess a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment impacting ASCs, including standards from AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.


• Current certification in CPR and, depending on Center policy, ACLS.


• IV certification strongly preferred.

Required Experience:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.


• Experience in ambulatory surgery and/or endoscopy setting strongly preferred.


• Critical Care, E.R., or recovery experience encouraged.
